- 6 containers (clean tin cans)
- 6 glass shakers w.metal lids
- variable numbers of holes in lids
- Lazy Susan
Protocol
- run containers (cans) and shakers twice through the dishwasher prior to test
- OR hand wash twice in hot soapy water and dishwashing detergent; rinse in hot water
- store in Ziplock plastic bags when not in use
- store "hot" shaker separately in its own Ziplock bag
